Afghanistan Rights Group Says ICC Considering Review of Deadly Strike on Kabul Center

Forty days after Pakistani airstrikes killed 400 at the Omid Rehabilitation Center in Kabul, Afghanistan's Human Rights Organization says the ICC is considering a review of the attack.
