Ukraine Strikes Perm Oil Facilities and Sverdlov Explosives Plant

Ukraine hit Perm twice in 24 hours, causing fires at key oil facilities. An attack on the Sverdlov Plant in Dzerzhinsk, one of Russia's largest explosives producers, was also reported.
