Ratko Mladic's lawyers claim he is near death, request jail release

Lawyers for convicted Bosnian Serb war criminal Ratko Mladic say he is close to death and have asked a judge to release him from prison. Mladic, 84, is serving life for genocide and crimes against humanity.
