Iran president links missile defense to universities

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has directly linked Iran's missile defense capabilities to the country's university system and scientific development. During an inspection visit to the Ministry of Science, Pezeshkian emphasized that without educational development, Iran would not have its current missile capabilities. He claimed Iran's adversaries target educational and scientific centers because they understand the country's resilience depends on scientists and elites. The president stated that strengthening these attacked areas is the appropriate response to such challenges.
