Bell Textron opens Ukraine subsidiary

American aerospace manufacturer Bell Textron has established a subsidiary in Ukraine to support helicopter assembly, maintenance, and repair. The move is part of a long-term industrial cooperation agreement and is likely tied to a future sale of AH-1Z Viper attack helicopters and UH-1Y Venom utility helicopters to Ukraine. This formalizes and deepens the existing defense partnership between Ukraine and the U.S. company, aiming to bolster Ukraine's aviation capabilities.
