Russian analyst highlights drone target disparity

Russian military blogger Boris Rozhin has published an analysis of drone warfare statistics, highlighting a stark difference in target priorities between Russian and Ukrainian forces. According to his figures, Russian 'Rubikon' drone operators hit enemy personnel only 6% of the time, focusing instead on destroying equipment and fortifications. In contrast, he claims Ukrainian UAV forces consistently target personnel at a rate of 22–30% of their total confirmed hits, citing official Ukrainian reports from mid-2025 to early 2026 as evidence. Rozhin frames this disparity as an 'alarming' strategic difference in how the two militaries conduct their drone campaigns.
