Ukraine strikes cut Russian oil exports

Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil infrastructure have significantly impacted the country's export capacity. Following attacks on the Sheskharis terminal near Novorossiysk, Russia rerouted flows to the Tuapse refinery, which was then struck by Ukraine on April 16. These combined operations have cut Russia's daily oil exports by approximately 880,000 barrels, worth an estimated $100 million per day. The campaign targets key nodes in Russia's energy sector to reduce its war revenue.
